It took 3 weeks to get my car back but that was certainly not Calliber Collision's fault. It took a long time for an insurance adjuster to make it out to the repair facilities, but once that was taken care of Calliber Collission did a WONDERFUL job of fixing my vehicle speedily and sufficiently. Their team was so kind and apologetic. Thank you a lot!!!

Site was clean and professional - did not look like I was entering a body shop. Personnel were very kind and gracious. I was kept up-to-date at every step of the repair process and work was completed ahead of schedule. I was extremely pleased.

The only "complaint" would be the outside of the car was not as well cleaned as the inisde. But service, courtesy, repairs were well above expectations. We will recommend your company and have informed State Farm of the high quality of service
