I picked up my vehicle after three weeks in your shop and noticed several issues. There is a new crack, damage to the driver-side door panel, misalignment of the door, trim issues, and other signs that the work was incomplete. The vehicle was also returned with trash inside. I have documented everything with photos and reported it immediately.

This depends on if they are using insurance or paying out of pocket. Initially we intended to pay out of pocket and the cash pay price was almost double of what was paid by the insurance company. That doesn't sit right with me.

The paint on the spoiler on top of the damaged trunk was clearly damaged. It was re-installed onto the new trunk without being painted or even touched up with paint in the chipped locations.
