This depends on if they are using insurance or paying out of pocket. Initially we intended to pay out of pocket and the cash pay price was almost double of what was paid by the insurance company. That doesn't sit right with me.

The paint on the spoiler on top of the damaged trunk was clearly damaged. It was re-installed onto the new trunk without being painted or even touched up with paint in the chipped locations.

It was a seamless experience from drop off to pick up! They kept me updated the entire time as to the repair status of my car, and they finished a day ahead of schedule. They even washed and vacuumed my car for me. 10/10 would use again!
