Someone backed into my car while it was parked. I was really worried about not looking like brand new again (I just bought the car less than two weeks before it happened). Luis was very confident that it will look like new again. He assured me that he won't return the car to me until he himself is satisfied with the repair. He also said that if I'm not satisfied with the repair, they can work on it again until it meets my satisfaction. When I picked up my car I was really really really happy that the bumper of my car was brand new again! It wasn't just "like new" it looked exactly the same as the day I bought it!! Luis was very informative and he updated me throughout the process. The repair didn't take that long either, only took three days! Thank you so much, Luis and staff!!
