It's hard to find companies who embrace good customer service these days but I was pleasantly surprised with Caliber Collision. They took great care of me and my car. I had a very positive experience in the process of getting my vehicle ready. Jose, my contact, was very diligent in communicating and very detailed in making sure it was done the absolute best it could be. He was also able to get the vehicle back to me well in advance of the estimated date.
