I just picked up my truck after a week in the shop. The repairs went faster than I expected and the truck looks fantastic. Communication was excellent and customer service was beyond expectations. The manager, Obed, called me on a Friday and understood I wouldn’t be able to pick it up that day, and he took the time out of his Saturday morning to meet me at the shop (which is usually closed) so that I could pick it up. I truly appreciated this level of service and care. Thank you Caliber!
