Very satisfied with the repair to my vehicle. Team Caliber Collision were so helpful, great customer service. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Luis, excellent customer service when drop off my vehicle, he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Fast and efficient. The gentlemen who assisted at pick up day was very helpful. My vehicle looked better than ever. 10/10 overall for customer and repair service.

Thank you Jose Cruz 🙏 Its rare to find willing to help actitudes. In a world of fast pace, I think we forget most clients visit a body shop, after a traumatic event, such as an accident. I appreciate that Jose Cruz, my advisor took the time to understand, I'm just a client with little to no knowledge of what to do during an accident claim. I'm glad I ended here and that I had your help throughout the journey of my vehicle being repaired. Caliber Collision Tracy (@ Gandy Dancer) went above and beyond for me and my car. From having my rental delivered, and ready for me to drive off, from the body shop to also taking care of returning it back to Enterprise. Jose was very helpful and respectful. I think no one talks enough about the fact that an advisor can really make a diference, when they sympathize with a customer. Thank you for making the calls, I probably had to do. Thank you for taking my calls, when there seem to be issues on the claim. Thank you for handling business and the "no worries we will handle it on our end".
