Jose did a good job communicating from the customer and Insurance. He did not allow the insurance company to dictate what the insurance wants and giving me used parts and Jose being neutral to ensure the customer gets the right service. GM did outside of his schedule to accommodate my schedule needs and came on his day off when the shop were closed just to give me my car back.Thanks you gents!
