My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent. I really appreciated that Luis took the time to answer all of the questions that I had, clearly communicated the potential plan, and explained how the plan was executed in the end. I felt that his customer service truly demonstrated care and concern for my vehicle and my interests as a customer. Additionally, I thought the texts with updated information on my vehicles repair progress was beneficial for my day planning. Went I saw my vehicle repaired, I could tell that the workers had gone above and beyond to repair my vehicle to even better than it was prior to my accident. I’ll definitely be recommending this place.
