This dealership is one of the most professional dealerships I have been to. The staff was very kind, helped answer all the questions I had and made me feel welcomed. I was greeted immediately as I entered the doors. I mentioned that I had never been in an accident before, and if they could be patient with me as I navigated through this experience. The manager came out and introduced himself. Everyone was so kind and ready to explain the process.

As I mentioned everyone was very kind and thorough in explaining the process and my options. Everyone had a smile and were friendly. Jose was also mindful when he did the observation of the car. It was extremely hot outside and as I was explaining what happened (after he was finished evaluating the car) he invited me go inside as it was hot outside and he was done looking at the exterior of the car.
