I'm happy that they were able to get my car back to me while we wait for the back ordered part to arrive. This also helped the repair be completed, except that part, 2 days sooner than was originally estimated. Great job!

There are a couple things that need to be looked at. When you drive over 65 you can hear the wind. Then the mirror doesn’t move now on the passenger side. We will bring it back after the holidays

My recent experience with Caliber Collision was exceptional from start to finish. Not only did the team deliver high-quality repair work on my vehicle, but they also demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, empathy, and integrity during a difficult insurance situation. GEICO only approved payment for certain portions of my repairs and refused to cover the remaining damages, claiming they were pre-existing—even though that was not the case. As a result, I was left to cover the additional costs out-of-pocket in order to complete the repairs and bring my car back home. Throughout this challenge, Caliber Collision showed outstanding understanding and support. They worked with me to make the out-of-pocket expenses manageable and remained fair and transparent at every step. From the receptionist to Jose, my service advisor, and the management team, every interaction was handled with friendliness, respect, and genuine empathy. They consistently went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their communication was clear, their guidance was helpful, and their willingness to listen made me feel supported from the moment I walked in until I picked up my fully repaired car. The quality of the repair work exceeded my expectations. The team’s attention to detail and commitment to restoring my vehicle properly was evident in the final result.
