The woman assisting me in the front was extremely awkward. She would not smile and ignored me multiple times when I had a question. She did not have good customer service. I had not experienced such bad customer service at a collision repair shop before.

Greatly appreciate the work done on our car. It looks great and runs well. I appreciate the hard work put into it and the daily updates on progress with the car. We felt very confident that the car was in good hands. Thank you much to Travis who took care of us and gave us daily updates on when our car would be ready for pick up. Also thank you to Jennifer, from front staff who was polite when greeting us. We are very satisfied with the outcome of the services given to us.
