I am in awe of the absolute wonderful customer experience I had with Caliber especially the young man that helped me!! He went above & beyond and even though Im not happy with the insurance betterment charge for our tire and being it wasn't my fault Caliber was excellent in explaining everything! Wow just wow they even washed my car!!! Ty Caliber I will tell all my friends how great you are.

Me and my mom are great full for the services. They were all nice and gave us updates to how the car is doing, it’s my first seeing text updated and also getting to text with the person fixing our car. It’s more convenient because sometimes I might not be able to call. Alfonso was such a nice guy and I liked that he kept me updated and texted right back.
