The service was excellent. Really appreciate being informed via text on the progress. Car was delivered on time as promised. Juan provided exceptional customer service. My wife and I were extremely happy about the entire experience. The car wash at the end was also a nice touch

The moment I walked in I was welcomed with a smile and felt relief that my worries regarding the repairs of my car were in good hands! The paperwork was explained in detail and Juan was so patient and kind throughout the process. Alfonso went through the process with me as well. I was kept informed by text during this process and really appreciated the on going information. Everyone involved worked together to make this a positive experience for me!

Carlos was very good at keeping me appraised on the status of parts and work. But once the work was done it took a while to get word back on when we could pick up the car, I’m guessing that was due to paperwork.

Alfonso did a great job; my car looks as good as new. Great customer relations: he explained everything as to how/what he was going do to perform the repairs. He sent multiple messages to update me on the status of my car which made feel comfortable knowing my car was in good hands. And after the repair, he showed and explained everything that was done. I don’t want to leave out the front desk: they were also friendly and professional.

They were professional from the time I walked into the front door till I picked up my car. They made sure they informed me of the work that needed to be done and during the time while they were working on the car, I would rate them at a 10!!

There were gaps in the fitment right out the door. Carlos went back in and fixed those. After coming home I found a few more gaps and sent the pictures of the same to Carlos. He has promised to get those fixed as well. Overall I am satisfied with the customer experience right from the reception through final delivery. Thank you.
