For the most part, I was satisfied. It appears as though my gas tank was filled by Caliber, which was nice, however, the gas cap was over tightened, which caused the cap to separate. I discovered this while out of town over the weekend when needing to fill the tank. It took about 20 minutes to remove the portion that was snapped off in the filler neck of the truck and then reassemble the cap. Whomever filled the tank knew the cap separated and would have had to stuff the top part of the cap into the compartment behind the fuel door. They did not fix the cap or notify me, instead leaving me to discover it at a later time.

It took them 9 days to get my car in the shop originally. It was returned to me 3 days past the expected date, and the repairs were done poorly. The door panel they replaced on my driver side has the WRONG trim pieces. The automatic adjustments for the rearview mirrors DOESNT work. The auto up for the driver side window also DOESNT work. The kickplate for the door, was either reused or bent in application, and was applied to my car BENT. As well as info stickers that were missing and apparently delayed by the manufacterer. Now i will have to find time to bring my car back to get these RErepaired. Which is a major pain. I was hoping to write this review after the repairs, but this is my last opportunity to fill this out and wanted my troubles known by the insurance. If i can, i will update this review after the repairs are redone.

The team down there does phenomenal work. The staffs level of customer service surpasses my already high expectations. Makes me wish my car was rear ended more j/k. The staff makes a sensitive situation easy and you feel like your leaving your car in the right place. Every employee I have come into contact with has set an exceptionally standard for professional behavior and yet with a personal touch.

This repair took much longer than any estimate I was given. I racked up an insane fee in my rental. I don’t feel like the amount of time the repair took was reasonable.
