Overall, this shop did great work. Nethertheless, this location was not selected by me. The vehicle was transported to this loctionwhich was an inconvience due to the distance from my home of residence. My vehicle was not returned to the original location as requested. Additionally, after having the car in the shop for approximately 14 days or more. It should have been given a courtesy wash/detailing. Not just wash the side that was repaired only.

Workmanship was great, however, once that I drove approximately 40 miles round past my home. I noticed that the car pulled to the left. Sort of indicated that teh car was not realigned. DUe to the impact of the accident the car was knocked out of alignment.

My comment has nothing to do with your people - they were all great, and the repairs seem fine as well. Only unhappy at how long it took cause parts kept coming in damaged, which I totally get is not something you have any control over. We have the exact same problem at our motorcycle business.
