I’d like to take this time thank the entire Caliber Collision Team for handling my claim with such exceptional service from start to finish. The Caliber Collision Team handled the estimate, repairs, & towing very quickly. I was kept updated during the entire process. I appreciated the professional, fast & friendly service. I’m also thankful that once my Tesla was done earlier than expected it was dropped off at my home via tow so I didn’t have to drive out to Tracy to pick it up. If I ever need repairs in the future I will definitely be coming back to Caliber Collision. Thanks again!

I love Adrianna and Carlos they both were kind and patient. They treated me like I was family. They made feel comfortable and help resolve all my issues and concerns. Their customer service is through the charts the best ever. They cleaned my car they treated my car with respect and car. My car was like brand new after they were finished making all the repairs. I’m totally satisfied I would like to say thank you to Carlos and Adriana. I love caliber collision Adriana and Carlos addressed all my concerns. They made me feel comfortable they made sure to explain the process step by step. They always communicated every step that would take place. They both texted and made calls keeping me updated. Adrianna and Carlos was very patient and kind. They took really good care of my car they repaired it like brand new. They also cleaned me car made it shiny and beautiful again. The service center did keep me informed of the progress, and made sure the work was complete to their satisfaction before letting me know it was ready. Even then they were doing last minute inspections as I was doing my walk around and drive test.

The driver side door does not open & close that smoothly as it used to. Not sure if you could adjust it.
