The team a caliber collision made the experience that happened to my car painless. The team was very professional & friendly. They explained every step they would do to repair my car and kept me up to date with text messages.When the car was completed they went over the repairs with me. They let me know that if I found any issues with the work that they did, to just let them know

The adjuster exemplified great customer service. The front desk team could have been more attentive and welcoming. The front desk service was vague and nonchalant.

I was actually going to call them on Monday, the repair doesn’t seem smooth - i.e. you can see an area that doesn’t look flat, kind of distorted. It’s hard to see, but I’d like them to take another look at it. Thanks!
