I went in to get a quote for a repair, and received a warm greeting from the receptionist. She had me fill out some forms. Shortly thereafter, James greeted me in the lobby and then we went outside to take some pictures and inspect the damage. Upon completion, James calculated the cost of the damage parts + labor. He provided me a computerized quote and went over the items that needed to be repaired. I told him I needed to get a few more quotes before I make a decision. I left and received a few more quotes from some other auto body shops. Based off of the Yelp reviews and price, I decided to have Caliber repair my car. The reason I chose Caliber was because the price was fair, good communication, and the repair was completed on time. 5 star service.
