Have been to this repair shop twice. The first time when I picked up my car I found that one of the techs left a screwdriver on the front seat that my daughter ended up sitting on. And in the back of my car in the trunk area they took some pieces off and didn't put them back. This time I had two claims and the first one finished and I got a text that my car was ready for pick up but I called just to confirm and had a very hard time being able to talk with my main tech. I was told he was with a customer and would call me back well four hours went by and I called back and the lady that answered the phone claimed he was still with the same customer. Sorry don't believe that. But ok so she told me that it should be ready the following day. Thankfully I went with my guy and didn't return the rental and come to pick up my car. Just not the be communication.
