Reception was very cordial, friendly. They helped me arrange for a rental car, taking care of all details. They were incredibly supportive. Drew and his team did an amazing job fixing my car, giving special attention to the fact it was only a couple weeks old with a few hundred miles.

I would never recommend them Troy location . However, the Schectady and Colonie locations are worth mention.

The vehicle was returned with material spots and plenty of dust residue on the rear door, floor, and seat. Also, it was returned with unfinished adjustments.

The Troy manager was contacted by the manager in Schenectady (Jennifer) to inform them of the condition and unfinished adjustment to a particular piece near the repair area. It took over two weeks of waiting until I callex to follow up. The Troy manager never followed up with me or Jennifer until he heard from her again .
