I had to speak with a manager in regards to the poor repair quality. After the manager got involved he was able to better assist rather than the car rep.

Additional scratch was left near door handle. Buffing compound residue left on edges of fender and door.

Manager threatened to hold my vehicle until they were able to get ahold of insurance company, who they claimed they had not been able to make contact with. I called insurance company and they said they received no contact from caliber. My vehicle was returned after 9 business days, rather than the estimated 5 and no additional repairs were discovered while the vehicle was being worked on to scout for the extra time. On the day that I picked up my vehicle, the service advisor had no idea where my keys were and looked for them while I waited in the parking lot for an additional 15 minutes. The keys were later found in the vehicle and it had been unlocked in the parking lot of the repair shop, which is highly unprofessional. After starting my car for the first time after getting it back, the gas tank said zero miles until empty. I will not be returning to this business and would not recommend anyone to use their disappointing services.
