While the exterior looks brand new, they forgot to re-key the door so my car key does not open my door. luckily there is keyless entry. the door they ordered also did not line up with the interior pannel and there is a gap where the plactic interior does not connect with the door.

They forgot to have me sign forms when I dropped off my car, but they called me within 10 mins or so, and since I could not return to sign them, they emailed them to me and had me email them back, which was very convenient. Also they went above and beyond by cleaning my car exterior and interior.

We had an earlier repair to a previous vehicle that is back getting an issue addressed. Whether we would recommend them depends upon how that issue is resolved.
