It’s never a pleasant thing when a car accident happens, but Caliber Collision really minimizes the negative impact of such unpleasant situation. The staffs are super friendly and super professional. Melissa of Caliber Collision kept me updated regarding the repair progress throughout the whole process. The car is now back in perfect condition like brand new. They even completed clean the car inside out before hand the car back to me. I feel I’m in good hands when having Caliber Collision fixing my car.

The communication was top notch. The only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was how many delays there were along the way. I understand things happen, but perhaps setting up longer wait times would avoid this.

The car looks and acts great after the repair. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied was the resolution dates being pushed back as well as the grease left in the car by the mechanics that worked on it. Very minor offenses.
