The communication was top notch. The only thing that I wasn’t satisfied with was how many delays there were along the way. I understand things happen, but perhaps setting up longer wait times would avoid this.

The car looks and acts great after the repair. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied was the resolution dates being pushed back as well as the grease left in the car by the mechanics that worked on it. Very minor offenses.

The staff was professional and helpful. They gave an accurate estimate, walked me through the repair process and showed me the completed job with an explanation of what was done. They completed the repair early and were able to coordinate with the car rental company to simplify my picking up the car.
