This is our second time using caliber collision and we would never go anywhere else! Every person we met on the team were extremely helpful and friendly! We also really appreciate that they cleaned our car after the repair! So amazing. We highly recommend caliber collision and will use them again in the future as the need arises.

I had a great time bringing my car to Caliber. Everyone was so kind and very communicative. At no point did I wonder what was going on with my car because of how well I was updated through the whole process. Drew took great care of my car and made sure everything was done properly and perfectly, which I appreciate very much. His attention to detail and care about the car was just amazing.

My experience was excellent, everyone I spoke with was kind, patient and explained the process clearly! Tina and Kris at the front desk were extremely responsive and positive and handled the interaction with the insurance and rental companies to make it seamless. Melissa took the time to explain all the repairs to me respectfully and clearly even though I don't know much about cars and kept me fully up to date on the status as the work was in progress. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need in the future!

Am very satisfied, I got texts keeping me updated while my car was getting repair .communication was good they took there time show me everything that was going be done and they did a fabulous job I recommended them if anyone need repairs caliber collision stop bye I myself needed repair I would go again . The place is clean they provide snack, coffee ☕️ receptionist good customer service . Am just happy with there service

I can’t say enough about the entire experience. Not having any experience with having an accident I was very nervous and unsure of the process. But from the time I arrived and right up to the day I picked up my car was always treated like I was a member of the family. Through out the entire process was kept informed daily on the process and progress and I must say that is a rarity in today’s world of get them in get them out and collect the money! I will recommend this place to anyone who may need it. I hopefully will not have to need them again but if I do I know where I will go ! Thank you so very much!!

The service was good and fast my only complaint would be detailing the car was still dirty with bondo dust still on it. But they got it done ahead of time which got me out of rental that was terrible so appreciate that more than being dirty.
