Great staff all around, wasn't looking forward to the experience, but the working with the team made me feel aware of the time-frames and communication about each step was excellent. The finished job also was exceptional, the car looks like new!

I had a Very Good Experience with caliber collision at Oakwood Ave Office in Troy, NY. Tonya was so accommodating & throughly professional throughout my career repairs. I was informed from Tonya at every level of ordering parts to repairs being done!! The Customer Service Tina & Chris in the office was more than satisfactory & so easy to deal with. Melissa, drew and the whole staff at the Troy location were very prompt and informative. They explained every step of the process of the repair to my vehicle. They communicated if there were a delay in the process. I was able to even turn over my rental car to the location. The customer service was beyond great and I would highly recommend caliber.
