Colby was amazing! He kept me updated the entire time my car was being worked on and even offered to stay late to work with my work schedule. After I got my car back there was another issue that popped up and Colby and the team got everything fixed within a few hours and drove my car back to me. Colby deserves a raise!

I would be unlikely to recommend this shop based on my experience. While the vehicle was ready on time, the quality of the repair did not meet expectations, and I had to return my vehicle to be corrected. This made the overall experience less reliable than I had hoped.

I rated this a 1 because I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. The damage was not properly fixed—instead, it appears the area was simply painted over without addressing the underlying chip. This is not an acceptable standard of repair. I had to take time out of my schedule to bring my vehicle back to have the issue corrected, which should not have been necessary if the repair had been done correctly the first time. I expect a complete and proper repair, not a temporary or cosmetic fix. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I rated this a 5 because my experience with customer service was mixed. Initially, I was told that I would need to contact Enterprise myself to reschedule the rental, which I did not feel was appropriate given that the delay was related to the repair process. This was frustrating and not what I expected in terms of service. However, after I expressed my concern, the staff member did take care of coordinating with Enterprise for me, which I appreciated. While the issue was eventually handled, the initial response did not reflect strong customer service

Customer service was outstanding. Lifetime warranty on repairs. They partner with Enterprise Car Rental which takes the hassle out of picking up/returning rental car. I had a five star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
