Service from start to finish was exceptional, especially the care taken to ensure paint color was maintained throughout the car not just the replacement area and ordering appropriate replacement parts. The added convenience of car rental made the whole process much less stressful and painful than expected. Thank you.

The work is beautiful! My car is perfect! It was delayed 3 different times for one reason or another, so I spent 3 days canceling engagements and waiting for a phone call from Caliber. Then my rental car would be extended for another day or two. It seems to me that the insurance companies should extended for weeks at a time. Then if I turn in the car early it doesn't matter. I felt the last couple of weeks that my life was on hold. Unpredictable issues and delays with my car.

Several unpredictable delays and so my rental car had to be rescheduled several times with the insurance. It was always after I waited around all day or most of the day for a call from Caliber.
