Terrible workmanship. I've already had to take the car back twice as there are still problems. I have to take it back again. Sloppy work!!

i would recommend oro valley shop but not east side shop. I would also tell any usaa member to call usaa regarding repair warranties on parts/mechanical repairs as the staff did not provide the correct information about the warranty.

body work appears to be fine after limited time since it wss repaired. The survey is too soon after repair. mechanical repair is rated as a 5 for the eastside repair facility as the oro valley facilty had to repair overheating and power steering problems not done correctly.

The repair facility on east side called every other day to keep me updated. However when vehicle was finished there was confusion and changing info on delivery of vehicle to oro valley repair shop.oro valley shop customer service rated a 10. they transported me to/from home after it was determined vehicle not fixed properly.
