I worked in a bodyshop years ago. This work was well done. Rebecca my service advisor is very professional. I personally think she should get a pay raise for all her work. She made my life much easier

My bodywork was good, but my 12 V battery was drained. When I picked up my car, Amber jumpstarted it. I questioned that and she said it was just because my electric battery charge had gone zero – my car is a Plug In Hybrid. When my hybrid battery goes to zero, my car runs off the regular 12 V battery. I have had it happen many times before with no problem starting my car. After I got home. My car would not start again. Attempted to jumpstart it to get it charged, but it would not hold the jump.

I was trying to text Amber about the problem I was having and I was texting to the number she had called me from. Apparently that number does not accept text messages so she said she wasn’t seeing them.
