Always felt welcome and met with a friendly face. Car repairs are very clean and gorgeous. The car actually came back very clean inside too for some minor repairs which was a nice surprise. Got a ride to and from a rental company. Made dealing with an accident very smooth

Caliber collision did an excellent job keeping me updated throughout the repair process. I was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Was given advice on going through insurance vs out of pocket costs. Thank you Caliber Collision and all the staff that was involved in making this a positive experience.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, communicative, and easy to work with. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, so I always knew what was going on. The repairs were completed much faster than I expected, and my car looks fantastic. Their customer service was outstanding, and they made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

I was really happy with the repairs and the ladies in the front that helped me were awesome and deserve a raise. The only downside I have is that my speedometer was changed to KM instead of MPH and it took me a while to figure that out, so that was a little weird other than that great service

The lady who was point of contact and surveyed the damage was a 10. The repairs and process was excellent. (9). The problem was the promised detail of the car, 1. When picking up the car the lady opened the door and commented, the detail work could have been better. I would had hoped that the detail team would had treated the job like it was there own vehicle, with the care and detail. The cup holders still had melted chocolate not cleaned out. This is a example how the inside care was missed. I normally do a better job vacuuming my vehicle out and cleaning at the car wash. The back seat had a smaller paint stain that they attempted to clean off. In the process the shredded the cloth material on the seat itself. This just breaks my heart to tears about the damaged seat and that nothing was mentioned. It was a little while before I noticed the damage and without documentation I could not prove anything but in my heart I know what happened.
