Will never use caliber collision. The repair was done fine but my center console latch was broken upon picking up the vehicle. Was told it was already broken, when it was fine when i dropped it off. Spoke with the general manager and said it was "wear and tear" there's nothing he could do since my vehicle is a 2011 honda civic with 111,00 miles and that it wouldn't hold up in front of a judge and jury based on the condition of the vehicle. Will never refer or use caliber collision.

The location was perfect, close to campus with easy access and not too much traffic. All the staff I encountered were lovely and had no problem conversing, making customers feel welcome and not panicked about their situations.
