Dropped off my MINI on Monday morning and picked it up the following Friday looking brand new and sparkling clean. The drop off and pick up process was super easy. Also, Caliber worked directly with my insurance company (Progressive) with no issues. Communication was via text and the customer service was superb. While I hope my car doesn't need to visit the shop again anytime soon, if it does, Caliber will have our business again. Thanks so much!
