Good impression, but only on one very specialized repair.

They prepared me for possibility of a wait for parts, so I was ready but then beat that prediction by a week. I had to get some questions answered at the end of how to prevent recurrence of rodent damage, but the answers made sense. Cost to me (my deductible) was the same, but their price was WAY less than dealer would have been and that keeps insurance rates down

From beginning to end, the staff was excellent. They walked us through the entire process in identifying the damages and needed repairs and then kept us informed during the repairs. As for the final result, it looked like it was never in an accident. Caliber Collision did repair work on our son's vehicle nearly 20 years ago, and the results were the same. Excellent company!!!
