Caliber Collision was great. My experience with Travelers insurance has been unsatisfactory. My vehicle sustained damage to a critical area of safety for the driver. The crush zone of an automobile is the front bumper, grill, hood and fenders, and front doors, which are designed to protect the driver. The maximum amount of protection is to use actual manufactured parts in these areas to maintain maximum safety. Travel Insurance has refused to pay $130.00 difference for the manufactured driver’s side front fender rather than an aftermarket fender at a lesser cost. The insurance company position is they don’t have to use manufacturers parts, therefore as a matter of policy they will pay for aftermarket parts in general. Apart of restoring my vehicle in the same condition it was prior to their clients actions damaging it would include a factory fender. My vehicle was legally parked. Travelers insurance client negligent driving 100% caused all the damage. Due to her poor driving I’m out $130.00 to restore the vehicle as it was prior to her hitting my vehicle. Travelers insurance has failed to make me financially whole. My only daughter drives this vehicle and it should be as safe as possible which gives her and her parents piece of mind. It should be further noted that all Collision Repair businesses will recommend manufacturer parts on the stress zones. The areas that protect the driver as mentioned above

I was completely satisfied with my repair experience at Caliber Collision. Joe kept me updated throughout the entire repair process and consistently communicated with me until my vehicle was completed. He was extremely professional, dedicated, and committed to ensuring that everything was completed properly. I especially appreciated Joe’s. Excellent customer service and willingness to accommodate me. Since it was rather late on Friday when I was informed that my vehicle was ready, Joe met me on Saturday to return my vehicle. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made my repair experience a very positive one. Joe truly did an outstanding job!
