You absolutely won’t regret choosing Caliber Collision! From start to finish, the entire team was fantastic—warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. I spoke with several staff members, but James was the one who handled my claim, and he went above and beyond every step of the way. He patiently answered all my questions, walked me through my options, and found the perfect solution to make sure everything was done right. The repair work turned out beautifully! It’s like the damage never even happened! James even did everything possible to make sure my car was ready just in time for my spring break road trip, which was such a huge relief. I couldn’t be happier with the results or the experience. I truly have zero regrets choosing Caliber Collision on Anza, and while I hope I don’t need bodywork anytime soon, they’ll be my first call if I ever do!

Had great service, great communication with everyone at Caliber with constant updates on the status of my repairs, I've had a few days to look and try to find any flaw and ny car really looks just as it disgust when it rolled off the production line. I would use them again if I ever would need to.

Everything was good overall, and I’m happy with the service. I’m giving a 8 because some tape was left on the car after the painting was completed. I was also expecting more frequent updates! I had to call myself to check on the progress. Other than that, everything turned out well.
