Caliber Collision truly has a way of turning one of life’s most unfortunate events into a surprisingly positive experience. They’ve been at the top of AAA’s recommended list for as long as I can remember, and ever since we moved to the Santa Clarita Valley over 25 years ago, they’ve always been our go-to collision center. The last time I needed them was about 10 years ago, and after recently becoming the victim of a hit-and-run accident, I found myself back again. (Thankfully, AAA eventually tracked down the driver and their insurance.) From the moment I called to schedule my appointment until the day I picked up my car, I was greeted by Stephanie’s cheerful personality and genuine kindness. She instantly made a stressful situation feel a little less overwhelming. My advisor, James, was exceptional. He was professional, communicative, and kept me updated every step of the way through estimates, emails, texts, and progress reports. I was initially told the repairs would take about eight business days, but knowing I had a trip coming up, James somehow worked his magic and had everything completed in just five business days. That level of customer care did not go unnoticed! When I picked up my car, James happened to be off that day, but Carlos took great care of me. During the final walk-through, he noticed a small water spot left from the car wash, grabbed some wipes from the office, and cleaned it himself before handing over the keys. He carefully walked me through the repaired areas and reminded me that Caliber stands behind their work with a lifetime warranty. It’s those little details that speak volumes about the pride they take in their work. While getting hit by someone who decided not to stick around was definitely not on my bingo card, Caliber Collision reminded me that there are still honest, compassionate, and trustworthy people out there. My heart still races a little when I think about the accident, but I’m incredibly grateful for a team that not only repaired my car beautifully but also treated me with empathy and genuine care during a stressful time. Thank you, Stephanie, James, Carlos, and the entire Caliber Collision team for your professionalism, outstanding customer service, and for making a difficult experience so much easier. I sincerely hope I won’t need your services again anytime soon—but if life throws another curveball, I know exactly where I’ll be going.

My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. Wouldn’t have done my repairs here if I knew I’d be a month without a car. Communication was okay, I’d usually be the one calling if I didn’t receive a call in the morning. The timeline was awful. Had to call off work for nearly a month.
