The staff if very cordial and polite. The issues here have to do with the age of my car. But if a part is old and nonfunctional it should be identified, ordered and replaced.

The problem is the left door and DoorOpen light on the dashboard. They don't work right . Apparently a part wasn't ordered that would have enabled proper shutting of door. Right door cannot be opened. It was half broken when dropped off at Caliber. Repair of right door was not requested. However, now it is fully broken.
