My car looked great as I expected it would. What I didn’t expect was the level of service I received from your employee named Carlos. Carlos talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his care. Carlos kept in touch with me with phone calls letting me know the status of my car and I was surprised by the turnaround time that my car was ready so fast. I saw a lot of crashed cars in the lot and thought I would have a long wait. Carlos told me not to worry and he would take care of me. If anyone asks me where to take their car for body work, I will tell them Caliber Collision and I will tell them to ask for Carlos.
