ALL of the folks working there are so sweet and kind. Mayra was who was my representative who took on my case. She was always keeping me posted as to repair work and progress. She knew I am on a fixed income and the rent a car was expensive for me. Insurance only covers part of all the costs. Anyway, when I picked up car it is so beautiful and looks brand new. The seemed to clean car inside and out. The entire crew were very friendly, detail oriented and just as nice as could be!! Thank you Caliber for getting my precious baby beautiful again!! I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision, and I can’t say enough great things about Myra Hernandez. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. What impressed me the most was her dedication. Even while she was on vacation, she made sure my car continued moving through the repair process and that everything was taken care of. That level of customer service and commitment is hard to find these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I'm dissatisfied with the work attempted to repair my car. Overspraying which cause my windows to be covered with metal flakes front windshield, passenger side and driver side glass effected noticeable once driving towards sun light.
