This is one incredible Team! Your greeted by two incredible office administrators. Mandy Stanford and Jennifer Aguilar with pleasantries and professionalism. These two young ladies are extremely articulate, courteous and knowledgeable. Each one listens tentatively to all your concerns and questions. You enter into a spacious office with a very comfortable waiting room with fresh popcorn and refreshments. Once the initial paperwork was completed. Your turned over to an awesome senior service advisor, Clay Kuntz. A subject matter expert with impeccable knowledge and talent. Who thrives on placing the customer first. He’s a straight shooter with incredible zeal and enthusiasm. He walks you through each step and keeps you informed throughout the process. Which I totally appreciated.

Excellent customer service skills. You’re greeted by two wonderful office administrators. Jennifer and Mandy Stanford. Who both posses incredible customer service skills. In fact all the employees in this awesome Caliber Collision are extremely articulate, courteous, intelligent and knowledgeable. They also have a great waiting area with free coffee and fresh popcorn. The craftsmanship done to my vehicle was above reproach. Not to mention the vehicle was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up

All work was not quite completed, but probably due to simple oversight. I am certain that they will address this quickly.

There's a slight flaw with the paing job and a very small dent is still visible. I think because of the weather, a slight problem with the paint job had occurred. Thank you....
