The customer service received was impeccable. I had the opportunity to meet two wonderful office administrators. Jennifer Aguilar and Mandy Stanford. Both ladies were extremely articulate, courteous, informative, intelligent, Knowledgeable, professional and polite. They’re listening skills were incredible. I also met Clay the technician who like all the employees at Caliber are warm and friendly. Clay took me through the entire process and kept me totally informed. He called me every day with an update. In fact he was able to predict the exact cost and time needed to repair my vehicle
