ALL of the folks working there are so sweet and kind. Mayra was who was my representative who took on my case. She was always keeping me posted as to repair work and progress. She knew I am on a fixed income and the rent a car was expensive for me. Insurance only covers part of all the costs. Anyway, when I picked up car it is so beautiful and looks brand new. The seemed to clean car inside and out. The entire crew were very friendly, detail oriented and just as nice as could be!! Thank you Caliber for getting my precious baby beautiful again!!
