I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision, and I can’t say enough great things about Myra Hernandez. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. What impressed me the most was her dedication. Even while she was on vacation, she made sure my car continued moving through the repair process and that everything was taken care of. That level of customer service and commitment is hard to find these days, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. My car was repaired beautifully, and I appreciated the excellent communication and care I received from start to finish. I'm dissatisfied with the work attempted to repair my car. Overspraying which cause my windows to be covered with metal flakes front windshield, passenger side and driver side glass effected noticeable once driving towards sun light.

Derek, the manager has bad Customer service. !! I will never go back to this place and I will make sure I tell my family and relatives and friends to don’t ever go there because he seems to not care for customers. We don’t go there for free. We’re paying for the service. The work quality did not meet my expectations, and I left feeling dissatisfied with both the service and the overall experience. I
