We were involved in a 3 car accident on 10/21/24 on our way to the airport. This resulted in damage to our front and back end. We were able to get into Caliber Collision on 11/06/24 and the office staff was so polite. They transported our vehicle from the Merrillville location to the Valparaiso location where they disassembled the vehicle and reassembled it very quickly. The car received a new front end, tailgate, and a headlight. They seamlessly transferred our back windshield during this process of replacing the tailgate. When I picked up the vehicle I noticed one imperfection so I called the Caliber Collision center in Valparaiso to report it. The manager, Tom, had me return promptly and quickly to correct this. He was very apologetic and I appreciate him and his staff for being flexible. Overall we are super pleased and will be returning in the future for any body work.
