My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I was quite shaken, and as my vehicle has very low miles, I was very concerned about it being put back to new condition. Jeff Pope, my adjuster, was very understanding and let me know the work would be perfect. He was correct! The shop did a perfect job of putting my truck back to its original looks and structure. With all sensors in perfect working order. I was kept informed of the progress and updated on any additional repairs or replacement parts that were needed. Jeff is great at his job and I am grateful to have had him in charge of the work on my truck.

From the time I called Caliber in Hazel Dell I was able to make appointment with Jeff. He was on time, took great time to check my car, went over all details and explained everything. Everyone in the office was very helpful and professional. My car was fixed on time and with great satisfaction.
