Ok, going to get your vehicle repaired is not something you look forward too. But the crew at Caliber Collision made it a painless as possible and were extremely informative and professional the entire way. As part an authorized repair facility they explained the entire process thoroughly. Arranged a rental car through the insurance company and had a Lyft driver take me to pick up the rental. Then they texted me often on the progress of the repairs and had me vehicle back sooner than expected. First class service all the way. I hope never to have my car repaired again, but if I do need repairs I will come back to Caliber Collision. Wonderful employees and great service!

I was very impressed with the customer service and the ease of getting a rental for the duration of my repair. The manager explained all the repairs at pick up and the car looked so good!! I feel like the interior may have also been spot cleaned which was an added bonus. I received text updates frequently. Everyone at my work recommended Caliber and now I see why. Thank you for making a hard situation much easier. You all are appreciated!!
