Really appreciated your transparency and communication! Our repairs were completed efficiently and beautifully with no weird surprises, and finished ahead of the ETA. Coordinating with the rental car company was a bonus. Honestly, we expected a drawn out process without adequate explanation, based on past experiences/knowledge of body shops.

I am so impressed by the work that caliber did on my car. I had an unfortunate situation where my catalytic converter got stolen and every other auto shop I called stated they couldn’t get me in until December and it would take over a week. Todd was able to finish my car within less than a week AND before the holidays. A true blessing! Definitely will come back for all car needs.
