I am very pleased with the workmanship done by Caliber techs. However the team did not reattach my passenger seatbelt in the second row. However Not as pleased with the muffler repair that was subbed out

Started out great the day of the accident and went down hill from there. Days were pushed back. Then when we identified an issue that didn’t meet our standards or Cadillac standards we were advised we would need the car back for a whole day however when we inquired if parts were needed to repair it we heard nothing after three different efforts to reach out to Ashly. We even had our insurance reach out (usaa). To no avail they tried and also were not able to connect. So now we have a car that needs a correction with its muffler and no response from Caliber. This is now escalated at USAA.

Great all the way around. The young woman who did my initial walk around was great. Todd who handled my repairs was great. He kept me updated. Then when there was a slight issue with the hose and the GM and one of the mechanics drove to my apt complex to make it right. Just great all the way around.
